Morgan County Substance Abuse Network

The Morgan County Substance Abuse Network was established in 1983 as a substance abuse prevention community coalition serving Morgan County. The coalition's primary mission is to reduce and eliminate the cause and impact of substance abuse among youth. Its dual goals are to prevent and reduce substance abuse by youth and to strengthen community collaboration among community-based, private and governmental entities to prevent and reduce youth substance abuse.

Alabama Child Safety Conference

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month.  Each year the Child Safety Council plans the Child Safety Conference.  The conference goal is to collaborate with partner agencies to improve coordinated responses to prevent and respond to crimes against children and provide child safety education.  For information on 2019 conference follow us on social media and subscribe to our e-newsletter.
